Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2025
1. Acceptance
By using SyncToSheet (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
SyncToSheet provides a browser extension and a web dashboard. You connect your Google account and configure which Google Sheet (and columns) to use. When you are on a LinkedIn profile or company page in your own browser, you can trigger a sync—the data visible on that page is then sent from your browser to your chosen sheet. We do not scrape LinkedIn or any other site. We do not run automated bots or crawlers. The sync is initiated by you, from your browser, and the data goes only to the spreadsheet you have linked. You are in control of what you sync and where it goes.
3. Compliance and your responsibility
You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and with the terms and policies of LinkedIn and Google. You are responsible for how you use the data you sync (e.g. for recruiting, research, or CRM) and for ensuring that your use does not violate any platform rules or laws. We do not use the service to scrape or to access LinkedIn on your behalf; the data flow is user-initiated from your own browser. We expect you to use the service in a lawful and rule-compliant manner.
4. Account and security
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your credentials or allow others to use your account in a way that violates these terms.
5. Service “as is”
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
6. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact us through the app or at the contact details provided on synctosheet.com.
