1. What SyncToSheet does
SyncToSheet is a tool that lets you copy LinkedIn profile or company data into your own Google Sheets. You install a browser extension and connect your Google account. When you are on a LinkedIn profile or company page in your own browser, you choose to sync that page—the data is then sent from your browser to your chosen Google Sheet. We do not scrape LinkedIn. We do not access LinkedIn on your behalf. The sync is started by you, in your browser, and the data goes only to the sheet you have connected.
2. No scraping
We do not scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from LinkedIn or any other site. All data that reaches your sheet is data that you see on your screen and that you explicitly choose to sync by clicking our extension. The extension runs only in your browser when you use it. We are not breaking any platform rules; you are using your own session and your own actions to move data you can already see into your own spreadsheet.
3. What we store
To provide the service we store: your email and account details when you sign in with Google; your Google OAuth tokens (so we can append rows to the sheet you select); and your automation settings (e.g. which sheet and which fields to sync). We do not store the LinkedIn data you sync—it goes from your browser to Google Sheets via our backend only for the purpose of writing that single row. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your use of Google Sheets is subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. Your use of LinkedIn is subject to LinkedIn’s terms and policies. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn or Google. By using SyncToSheet you are responsible for complying with those services’ rules and for how you use the data you sync.
